Holding a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology, I spent my career advising large commercial and government organizations on how to integrate technology for competitive advantage.  After retirement, I transitioned my focus to the integration of art and beauty to make our lives more joyful and fulfilled.  While exploring many forms of painting in the past 10 years,  I have recently added beaded jewelry making to my portfolio.  With its unlimited design possibilities, this creative medium is exceptionally rewarding.  The art of beading is well known for its emotional and health benefits.  The rhythmic action focuses our minds and relieves stress, all while creating something personal, beautiful, and wearable to share with the world.
